Outside The Box Caskets
I created Outside The Box Caskets after preparing for my Nana’s funeral. I was shocked at how impersonal and limited the options felt, nothing that really reflected the person or was kind to the planet.
With my background in industrial design, I set out to create something different: a beautiful, modern, and sustainable cardboard casket. After two years of design, testing, and refinement, we launched in 2019.
It became the first cardboard casket in New Zealand certified by Natural Burials NZ.
Go Girl, Go!
Little Girls With Big Ambition
I wrote and illustrated this book because I wanted to show young girls that they really can achieve whatever they set their minds to. It shares real stories of Kiwi women who dreamed big and built interesting careers.
With my background in industrial design, character animation, and graphic design, I created a colourful, rhyming book that’s fun to read and full of encouragement.
